Mediafleet exhibited at the Commercial Vehicle Show 2025, held from the 29th of April to the 1st of May at the NEC in Birmingham. Their expansive 20m x 12m stand, open to three sides, was designed to make a bold impression while remaining accessible and functional.
A built-in store area was seamlessly integrated into the stand design, allowing for efficient storage without disrupting the visual flow. The stand also featured bespoke cladding to disguise a hall column, ensuring a polished and cohesive appearance.
A striking feature wall housed dedicated presentation areas, providing a focal point for demonstrations and client engagement. The floor was finished in clean, professional vinyl, while printed fabric wall banner covers added vibrant, branded visuals to the space.
AV equipment supported dynamic presentations, and the carefully positioned electrics and lighting enhanced both the functionality and atmosphere of the stand. Low-level barrier posts subtly defined the stand perimeter while maintaining openness, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment throughout the event.
