The New York State Pavilion exhibited at DroneX 2026, held on the 29th and 30th of September at ExCeL London, with a substantial 14m x 6m stand located at U722. The space was designed to create a strong collective presence while providing an open and welcoming environment for visitor engagement.
The stand incorporated a front meeting space for conversations and networking, supported by a glass-fronted fridge for hospitality. Platform flooring and carpet helped define the different areas, while floral arrangements and planters added warmth and softened the overall appearance of the space.
A prominent light box fascia and overhead rigging enhanced visibility across the exhibition hall and strengthened the pavilion’s identity. Integrated electrics and AV supported presentations and digital content, resulting in a professional, well-equipped and engaging exhibition environment.
